Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Engineer located in Chennai. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and testing software systems. The Software Engineer will also be responsible for writing code, debugging programs and creating technical documentation.

Qualifications:
• Strong computer science fundamentals and experience in software development
• Expertise in Back-End Web Development

Role Description:
Assist in delegating tasks and following up on action items, ensuring that the director's priorities are met.
Maintain the director's schedule, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Support the planning and execution of special meeting, such as Departmental meeting, all HOD meeting, PAN India PIC Meeting etc.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives, to promote products or services.
Help in managing the marketing budget by consolidating PAN India marketing budget obtained from Marketing heads.
Prepare reports on the results of PAN India Product Analysis Report, Coordination with State PIC’s and National Marketing Head to record for their Monthly Meeting schedule, Diamonds meeting, Monthly meeting poster, Monthly PIC report and consolidated Marketing Head report.
Assist in preparing Training Roaster for new joiners, supporting in preparation of PAN India Promotion proposal, etc.
Handle administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining marketing files, Booking Flight tickets for DMI Management Hierarchy for domestic & international travel.
Effective assistance to work across departments, including Business Operations & Compliance, Stockists, Product Support, Marketing & Customer Service is essential.

Position: Executive – Group Product Department

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Role Description:
Liaise between local management in India, overseas importers, and local manufacturers for product registration matters based on importer regulations and requirements.
Coordinate with the local factory and exporter/manufacturer to obtain the necessary documents for product registration as required by overseas importers.
Inform and coordinate with local and overseas importers/manufacturers (vice versa) about any changes to existing products (e.g., label amendments, formulation changes, packaging material changes, new directives from the manufacturer, new regulation implementations, etc.).
Handle product inquiries from local and overseas importers' points of contact (PIC).
Manage product complaints received from the local market and overseas importers' PIC (after screening and compilation by overseas customer service/counter staff) and communicate with the manufacturer.
Stay alert to any new changes in local and overseas importers' rules and regulations imposed by the local and importers' authorities that affect company products.
Provide brief summaries/reports to the superior on a monthly basis.
Assist in reviewing overseas importers' marketing materials upon request, ensuring they do not overclaim or deviate from the company's declared product features.
Assist the manufacturer in new product development and launches if necessary.
Develop new product marketing tools (e.g., product catalogues, posters, slides, etc.).
Have hands-on experience in preparing and updating SOPs.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Skills:
Must comprehend and be fluent in communicating and writing in English. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage due to the company's worldwide business dealings.
Good at understanding, interpretation, and analysis.
Ability to utilize basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, or any equivalent software efficiently.
Good personality with initiative, teamwork, flexibility, and good communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Educational Qualification:
➤ Any degree - Graduate / Post Graduate.

Work Experience:
Preferable with minimum 2 years of working experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
